Q. Do you have minimum orders?
A. For online and brick and mortar retail stores we do have a minimum of $150.00 for all initial orders. There are no minimums thereafter.
Q. Do you have terms?
A. Unfortunately, we no longer offer terms. All orders will be processed via credit card prior to shipment.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. We only charge you what it costs us. We typically use FEDEX for all shipments but are happy to look for alternate carriers upon request.
Q. Do you ship to the United States?
A. Yes we do.
Q. Do you provide us with samples of your products?
A. At your request we will supply you with samples of our flash cards at a reduced rate. 5 sample Little Helper stickers will be provided with your purchase at no cost. Sample placemats will not be provided.
Q. How do we handle returns?
A. Returns will be handled on an individual basis but we stand behind our product and will honour any of our products which are returned defective
Q. Have yout products been safety tested?
A. All of our products have been independently tested. All products conform to lead levels as specified by CPSIA Section 101. For more information please go to http://www.cpsc.gov/about/cpsia.
